Tyvi Small

Executive Director of Talent Management, Diversity & Community Relations

Mr. Small leads all activities and initiatives of the Office of Diversity and Community Relations. In addition to supervising the staff, budget and operations of the office he is also responsible for all graduate school initiatives. He also assists with faculty and staff searches, corporate partnerships, development and community outreach.

Janice Branch

Coordinator for Diversity Initiatives

Manages diversity initiatives for the undergraduate program, including recruitment activities, retention planning, and pre-collegiate outreach programs.

Advises multicultural student organizations and conducts professional development workshops for students. Coordinates office newsletter and other marketing materials to promote initiatives.

Destiny Sirivong

Coordinator of Pre-Collegiate Programs

Destiny coordinates various summer pre-collegiate/access programs such as AIM Academy, BETS Program, ECAP, and Teen Summit.

She also coordinates outreach activities with the admissions office and local nonprofit youth serving organizations to attract diverse students into the Haslam College.
